Please note that this form is intended for use by customers who feel that their gambling has become a problem for them and wish to take a break.
If you would like to cancel your tickets, please follow this process; if you would like to close your lottery account completely, please contact support at [email protected].
Complete the form below if you feel you need to take a break and exclude yourself from Faversham & District Community Lottery.
If you choose to self-exclude:
- Your account will be closed and you will not be able to login or have your account reactivated during your chosen self-exclusion period
- You will stop receiving any marketing communications from Faversham & District Community Lottery
- Your tickets in any upcoming draws will be cancelled and refunded
You will be able to unlock your account after your chosen self-exclusion period has ended. To have your account unlocked once your self-exclusion period has ended, please contact our Customer Support Team. There will be a 24 hour cooling off period before you are able to access your account and purchase tickets again.
Please be aware that you will only be excluded from Faversham & District Community Lottery. If you have any accounts on other lottery websites operated by Gatherwell, you will need to also self-exclude through those websites.
